WhatsApp Enables Offline Photo and Video Sharing!

WhatsApp is rolling out updates frequently to enhance user convenience. The latest feature in testing allows users to share files, including photos and videos, without an internet connection. This offline sharing is limited to nearby devices and utilizes Bluetooth for the transfer. WhatsApp, in its beta version, is currently evaluating this feature.

To utilize this feature, users must grant permission to access their phone’s photo gallery and location to enable device discovery nearby. This is a common requirement for apps to function properly. If you prefer not to use the offline file sharing feature, it can be manually disabled at any time.

WhatsApp has introduced several other features recently, including changes to its user interface. A new 'Updates' tab allows users to view various WhatsApp channels. Additionally, WhatsApp is testing another feature named 'Online', showing a list of contacts who are currently online or were recently online.
