The Youth Of Telangana Who Are Still Lagging Behind In That Regard

Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana state, is one of the leading tech hubs in India. Hyderabad will attract the countries of the world by embracing technology. But a recent report revealed a shocking fact that more than 50 percent of the youth in Telangana cannot send an email with an attachment. Also, the recently released India Employment Report 2024 reveals that only 14.27 percent of youth can create an electronic presentation using software. Youth in Telangana is estimated to be 9.9 million by 2021. Published jointly by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Institute of Human Development (IHD), the report measures the information and communication technology (ICT) skills of the country's youth between the ages of 15 and 29. Compared to Telangana, the rest of the southern states fared better. Among those who are capable of sending e-mails with attachments, Kerala youth topped the list with 73.34 percent. After that, Tamil Nadu stood with 55.33 percent.
