Let’s dive into how you can easily tweak your phone settings to solve this issue!

The Problem:

When you're on a call, your phone might switch to a 3G or 2G network that doesn't support simultaneous voice and data. This means no WhatsApp checks or online browsing during calls, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you're trying to multitask.

The Solution:

The solution is simple—enabling VoLTE (Voice over LTE) on your phone. VoLTE allows voice and data packets to be sent over the same 4G network, letting you use the internet while on calls without any hitches.

How to Enable VoLTE:
  1. Go to Settings: Start by accessing the settings menu on your smartphone.

  2. Select SIM & Network Settings: Look for the option related to SIM and network settings and tap on it.

  3. Choose the SIM Card: If you have a dual SIM phone, select the SIM card you use for cellular data.

  4. Find the VoLTE Option: Scroll until you find the VoLTE switch and turn it on.

Once VoLTE is enabled, you should be able to use the internet while talking on the phone. This is great for checking emails, browsing social media, or even making transactions online without having to end your call.
