Fake Aadhaar Card Entry Attempt in Parliament

In an unexpected turn of events, three individuals attempted to enter the Parliament with fake Aadhaar cards on Friday morning. They tried to enter through Gate Number 3, but security personnel detained them due to suspicion. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) identified the arrested individuals as Qasim, Monis, and Shoaib.

The police immediately registered an FIR against the trio. Charges under IPC sections 465 (Forgery), 419 (Cheating by impersonation), 120B (Criminal conspiracy), 468 (Forgery for purpose of cheating), and 471 (Using as genuine a forged document) were filed. The arrested individuals were reported to be employees of D V Projects Limited, a contractor responsible for constructing the MP lounge in the Parliament complex.

Meanwhile, several important meetings were scheduled in Delhi today, including NDA coalition meetings with MPs. The BJP Parliamentary Party meeting was set to take place at 11 AM in the Central Hall of the Parliament's Samvidhan Bhavan, where Modi was expected to be unanimously elected as the NDA leader.

In response to the incident, authorities heightened their alertness. The detained individuals were taken to the police station for questioning to uncover their motives for attempting to infiltrate the Parliament. Security around the Parliament has been tightened following the incident.

This event comes after a previous security breach where two youths entered the Speaker’s Well from the Lok Sabha visitors' gallery and created chaos by opening gas cylinders and jumping onto the benches, causing panic among MPs. Security personnel quickly intervened and took control of the situation. The latest incident has once again raised concerns about Parliament's security.
