A theft took place at the house of Shabnan Singh, the mother of Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. She filed a complaint with the Haryana Police. Police registered a case and started investigation.

Yuvi's mother Shabnam alleged that the workman committed the theft. MDC police registered a case and started investigation. According to the police, Shabnam Singh of Sector-4 MDC has hired Lalithadevi from Saketdi to clean her house and Salinder Das from Bihar to cook. His second home is also in Gurugram. He lives in his second home for a while. In September 2023, she moved to her home in Gurugram. On October 5, 2023, when she returned to her MDC home, some jewellery, worth around Rs. 75 thousand and some other items were not found.
"Someone stole the cash and jewelry. I made many inquiries at my level but found nothing. Lalita Devi and Salinder Das left without telling anyone by Diwali in 2023,' said Yuv's mother. Shabnam suspects that Lalita Devi and Salinder Das took the locks from the jewelery and cash cupboard drawers. The theft was reported to the police. MDC Police Station SHO Dharampal Singh said the accused are absconding at present. It is stated in the FIR that property worth Rs.1.75 lakh was stolen. 💰🏠🔍
