Modi announced the construction of three new railway corridors that will connect the north, south, and east of India, with survey work expected to commence soon.
The Prime Minister stated that the Vande Bharat trains would be expanded to every corner of the country, including new models such as Vande Bharat Sleeper, Vande Bharat Chair Car, and Vande Bharat Metro. He mentioned that the ongoing Ahmedabad-Mumbai bullet train project is progressing rapidly and nearing completion. Furthermore, Modi declared that new bullet train corridors would soon be established in North, South, and East India, with respective surveys initiating shortly. This move is part of a broader push to enhance connectivity and reduce travel times across the nation.
