According to the Panchangam, the Masa Shivaratri Tithi begins at 3:26 PM on August 2 and ends at 3:50 PM on August 3. Here are the timings for the pujas during this period:

Rituals for Aashadha Masa Shivaratri Rudrabhishekam
To perform Rudrabhishekam for Lord Shiva on Aashadha Masa Shivaratri, follow these steps:
Preparation:
On the evening of August 2, take a bath and begin by meditating on Lord Ganesha to remove any obstacles.
Meditate on Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and the Navagrahas (nine planets) and take a vow before starting the Rudrabhishekam.
Setup the Shiva Linga:
Prepare a clay Shiva Linga and place it on a platform facing north.
The person performing Rudrabhishekam should face east.
Perform Abhishekam:
First, purify the Shiva Linga with Ganga water.
Perform Abhishekam with sugarcane juice, raw cow milk, honey, ghee, and powdered sugar.
After each offering, purify the Linga with sacred water or Ganga water.
Offerings:
Present bilva leaves, white sandalwood, akshata (uncooked rice), black sesame seeds, jute, ummettha (a type of grass), jammi flowers, jammi leaves, fruits, sweets, and white flowers to the Lord.
Worship all the deities, including the family of Lord Shiva, and offer naivedya (food offerings) to the deity.
Concluding the Puja:
Finally, perform the Aarti with devotion, and pray to Lord Shiva to forgive all sins committed knowingly or unknowingly.
Collect the water or liquids used during Rudrabhishekam and sprinkle them in the corners of your home and on family members. Accept this as Prasad.
