Washington, D.C.: As the U.S. presidential elections draw nearer, tension among Democrats is mounting due to President Joe Biden's frequent gaffes during speeches. There is growing concern that his mistakes are becoming a source of embarrassment. Recently, during a speech attacking former President Trump, Biden made another blunder. Instead of saying "We will settle our differences at the ballot boxes," he mistakenly said "battle boxes."
During a media interaction at the conclusion of the NATO summit, Biden was asked if Vice President Kamala Harris could defeat Trump if he withdrew from the presidential race. Biden replied, “If Vice President Trump weren’t qualified to be President, I would never have nominated him for the position,” mistakenly referring to Trump instead of Harris. This slip-up left the media in shock.Additionally, before this interaction, Biden introduced Ukrainian President Zelensky to the representatives of NATO member countries, but mistakenly called him “President Putin” while welcoming him. This error left everyone in the room sighing in exasperation.
