Reliance Jio has made headlines again by becoming the world's largest telecom network, overtaking China Mobile in data traffic. In the first quarter of 2024, Jio recorded a whopping 40.9 exabytes of data, surpassing China Mobile's 38 exabytes. This landmark achievement highlights Jio's exponential growth in the telecom sector, driven by its aggressive pricing and unlimited 5G offerings. Furthermore, Jio has reached another milestone by securing the second-largest subscriber base worldwide, boasting 108 million subscribers. Approximately 28% of Jio's total mobile data traffic now comes from 5G users, showcasing the rapid adoption of advanced network technologies in India.
