ED officials reached Arvind Kejriwal's residence shortly after the High Court said that Kejriwal was not exempt from arrest. On Thursday evening, an ED team arrested CM Kejriwal after questioning him. It is known that ED has sent 9 summons to CM Kejriwal in liquor scam case so far! ED team reached Kejriwal's house on Thursday evening with 10th summons. He was interrogated for two hours at the CM's residence. ED Joint Director Kapil Raj was also present at Kejriwal's residence at this time. Kejriwal's statement was recorded under Section 50 of PMLA.ED investigating officer Jogendra questioned CM Kejriwal. Searches were conducted at the CM's house based on solid evidence. Meanwhile, Kejriwal's legal team filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the High Court order. On the other hand, Delhi Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj also said that he reached outside Kejriwal's house and arrested Kejriwal.CBI has already interrogated Kejriwal in Delhi liquor scam case. He was questioned for 9 hours in April last year. In the latest case registered by ED, consecutive summons are being received. In the same case, former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and AAP MP Sanjay Singh have been arrested and are in jail.
