Early Life and Background:
Born on September 28, 1998, in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, the stunning Anukreethy Vas hails from a Hindu family. Her parents separated when she was seven years old, and she was raised by her mother, Selina, who is from Kerala.
Anukreethy completed her schooling at Montfort School in Tiruchirappalli and finished her senior secondary education at R. S. Krishnan Higher Secondary School. Currently, she is pursuing a BA degree in French Literature at Loyola College, Chennai.
Achievements:
Anukreethy gained national fame when she was crowned Femina Miss India 2018 by Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar. She represented India at the Miss World 2018 pageant held in Sanya, China, on December 8, 2018.
Acting Career:
Anukreethy made her film debut in the 2022 Kollywood action thriller DSP, starring alongside Vijay Sethupathi. In 2023, she ventured into Telugu cinema with the film "Tiger Nageswara Rao," where she played the role of Jayavani, a courtesan, opposite Ravi Teja.
